How are items shipped?    

After your payment is verified, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped out. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order has shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 days of purchasing, please contact us at zarwazcloset@gmail.com

When will my item(s) get to me?  

Please wait at least 3-7 business days to get your package after it has left our warehouse. 

How do I cancel an order?  

We aim to process orders the same day. We do not allow the cancellations of orders. If you purchase the wrong size or color, please contact our customer service department via email: zarwazcloset@gmail.com However, we can not promise that your error will be corrected during the shipment process.

How do I track my order? 

Once your order has been shipped you will be informed through email and/or text with your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with the courier service.

I received a damaged item. What should I do? 

In the event that you receive a damaged item, please send us an email zarwazcloset@gmail.com as soon as possible and provide a photo of the damaged item. If applicable, we will kindly provide a return shipping label so that you can send your item back. Please note, we are not responsible for damages that occur after wearing or washing the item. Why was my order canceled? 

Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. If your order is flagged as fraudulent, your order will be cancelled immediately.
