After your payment is verified, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping.
All buyers must input accurate shipping information in order placement. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses. Any return shipping fees resulting from incorrect address will not be refunded. Any additional shipping fees due to incorrect address will be the buyer’s responsibility. - We are not responsible for any items and packages lost during transit nor for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier. You Like it, you Keep It! If you don’t like it, Return It! As simple as that.
If for any reason the clothing item is less than satisfactory, a return request may be made via “Order Detail” within seven (7) business days of receipt and a refund will be issued. To be eligible for a return, all return items must be in unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags still attached. Returns will only be accepted via the provided shipping return label. The item price will be fully refunded to you as soon as we receive the item.
We do not accept return requests for some selected clothing items. With your support and our hard work put together and as we move towards success we plan to change our policy to completely Free Returns for all our items in the future.
